Objective:

  • With an unprecedented global demand for highly skilled workers, the EU is carrying out extensive legislative and policy reviews of existing rules on the employment of third-country nationals. This seminar will provide participants with an overview of the current state of EU and selected national legislation and policy on labour migration concerning non-EU nationals. It is designed to meet the requirements of anyone needing to stay informed on the latest developments in legislation, jurisprudence and best practice in this field.
